We had a great week this week, after lots of snow the sun decided to put on his boots and come join us snowboarding. Clear skies means time to whip out the camera and get some footage and what a sick day it was. We went over the back which was un touched, we broke it in through its crust top layer through to its powdery interior, not to high a risk for avalanches but we were none the less prepared with all the kit and cabuddle some of us too prepared and it showed on the hike back out. We dropped some cliffs and big gnarly cornices, the landings were soft and a few cornice drops surprised us with some flatter landings. We bumped into some Swiss shredders, their photographer and Andre; captain of the radest Bus in Argentina!!
On the food front we have been spoiled with plenty of asado's (really good BBQ) with whole sheep being attacked, some fantastic/amazing Beef, our plates looked like a meat conference. I asked a local if there were many vegetarians or vegans in Argentina, he said "no".
